Problems?

1. If the chart doesn't display when you open the .pdf file online...

It's because I use a free program to convert my .html pages into .pdf files, and usually the chart will not be visible in the .pdf file online. If you save the file to your hard drive and open it from there using Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0, it will display correctly.

2. If you can't open the .pdf file online or on your hard drive...

You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher installed on your hard drive in order to open the .pdf files, and have it selected as a plug-in for your web browser in order to open them online. I believe that 4.0 automatically does this; if it doesn't, or you have other problems with the files or Acrobat Reader, please check Adobe's website; they have an extensive support area.

3. If you can't open the sample charts as HTML files on your web browser...

It's because the sample charts are available only as PDF files now.

4. If you can't get a page to load...

It's probably due to the server* being down or busy. Try reloading or refreshing the page, or wait a little while and try again later.

* server: The machine that the website is on. This is not my computer, nor do I have any control over it; it is the machine (or one of them) that my web host runs on.

If you have any other problems, please email me and I will try to figure out what is causing them. I don't guarantee success, but I can try. ;)
