Moonshadow Stitchery sells only wholesale. We do not sell directly to
the public.
If your local needlework shop does not carry our designs, please have them
contact us.

Payment Options
We will happily accept U.S., Canadian, and Foreign orders by phone, e-mail, or mail order. The order will be invoiced to you.
Terms are Net 30 for invoiced orders.
Payment is accepted in U.S. funds only. We will accept checks or money orders by mail, as well as online check payments through Qchex.com. We also accept credit card payments using Visa or Mastercard through Propay.com.
There will be a $30 fee charged to your account if your payment bounces. If payment is late, an annual 18% late fee will be charged to your account, at 1.5% per month. If payment is late on a Net 30 account, we reserve the right to switch that account to pre-pay only.
Normal shipping in the U.S. is by Priority Mail. Canadian and Foreign orders will be shipped by Global Priority if possible, otherwise by airmail. Other shipping options may be requested. Only the actual shipping fee will be charged; there are no handling fees.
Please include the following information when ordering:
Needlework Shop / Distributor name and full address. Please include a contact name, phone number, and e-mail address.
List the design name and number and the quantity of chartpacks ordered for each. There is no minimum order.
First-time orders, please include your Tax ID # and business license.
We will confirm the order by e-mail or phone, and will confirm when the order is shipped.
Chartpacks will be shipped within 3 to 4 business days. If an order is delayed for any reason, you will be notified immediately.
If you order from Moonshadow Stitchery, your shop's name, address, and phone number will added to our Shops / Distributors Lists, showing where our designs can be found. If you have a website, please include the URL so that it can also be listed.
Automatic Notification Program
By signing up for our Automatic Notification Program, shops will be eligible for special ordering terms and quantity discounts.
Moonshadow Stitchery will notify you of new designs as soon as they are released. You may choose to be notified by e-mail or regular mail. Each notification will include a colour image of the new design(s). If you choose the e-mail option, please indicate whether you'd like the images sent with the e-mail as attachments, or if you would prefer links to the images on the website. Regular mail notification will include a catalogue page with a colour image of the new design(s). You may of course always view all available designs at the website.
Shops on Automatic Notification will be notified first of new releases, before shops not on this list.
Orders placed by shops on the Automatic Notification Program are invoiced at 2/10 net 30, so you can take advantage of a 2% discount with no set minimums to order. You will also receive a 5% Quantity Ordering Discount if you order 20 or more chartpacks.
